Moving to NAB Debt Collections in 2003, Mikhil’s process management and problem solving skills were rewarded with a quick rise through the ranks to the position of IT Manager.
In 2007, when Mikhil left the corporate world to start a food delivery business “Tiffins”, it marked the beginning of a life-changing entrepreneurial journey that Mikhil describes as “the hardest, most expensive MBA of my life”.
Long before Uber Eats and Deliveroo, Tiffins was delivering authentic Indian fare on three-wheeled bikes throughout the city, winning City of Melbourne business awards and appearing at high-profile events such as the 2011 Big Bash match at the MCG.
Mikhil took this opportunity to learn everything there was to know about the “high cleaning” industry, working as a window cleaner and high clean technician, and helping roll out the high clean of 300+ Coles stores across Australia in 2012.
Ever the entrepreneur, Mikhil started High Clean Pty Ltd in 2013.

Combining his IT, process improvement and innovation skills with his first-hand experience and knowledge of this specialist industry, Mikhil and High Clean have successfully bridged the gap that existed between the expectations of the corporate and high cleaning trade. Now 5 years strong, this unique offering has seen High Clean grow from its humble beginnings in a home garage to offices in Victoria, NSW & QLD.
Mikhil lives in Melbourne with his wife and two daughters (where his cleaning duties continue!)
